"the location of the hotel fabricated up the other short comings of the hotel."
the furnishing was too sparse for my taste... feels like a dormitary room. Lacking personality and warmth didn't like the doorless idea of a bathroom. I call back some privacy would notwithstanding exist expert the faucet in the kitchen sink didn't work, couldn't launder my dishes at all

Looks like they accuse $250 as a smoking penalty (which was not discussed at all when we checked in - or mentioned anywhere in the room). The whole reason why we took the balcony was for this purpose. Abs the way the team handled it was terrible, no curtesy phone call, and when I asked them nigh information technology they were very blunt and rude with no understanding or listening skills for what I had to say, for that reason I won't exist going dorsum.
Room was spacious - big balcony nosotros paid for, and perfect location in NYC.

The mattress were too soft
Really good location on 5th Artery. Our 2 bedrooms was spacious with prissy living room and big bath. Friendly staff and always helping. Big glass window all effectually the living gave a spectacular view of the urban center.

Considering of COVID there's no drinks or alcohol in the mini bar which was disappointing late at nighttime.
Terrace suite is worth the coin. Exactly what you're hoping for when booking a room like this.

The shower was changing temperatures the whole time, it would get really hot & then really common cold.
I loved that it was and so clean & roomie. Anybody in the hotel was nice. They as well had belatedly nighttime snacks in the foyer.

Wonderful location, the room I stayed in was very spacious and high ceiling which I similar a lot. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was massive. Would stay here once more for another retreat. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

the surface of the room was clean but if you looked deeper it needs some upkeep
one)the room was very large for New York standards as we where offered a fantastic upgrade (for a minimal price) two)breakfast fantastic staff very friendly and zero was a problem attitude loved them 3)the location is fantastic
