G1000 Datalog Upload via this site
Hello, since AvConnect ceased to piece of work/be (separate topic previously created) , and no other functional site found which links the MFD upper slot SD-card data into my logbook and maintenance records, I tried this site, Reports office, for getting my flight data out of the SD card. From the Reports page, I copy and paste the data then into my excel logbook. Works and sounds cracking every bit long as the Diamondaviators site captures all flights, only it unfortunately doesn't. For unknown reasons, every 4-5 flights, it seems to upload the flying, only then the flight does not appear on list. And any try to upload once again yields the "duplicate" message. Anybody has experience with this, or can the creator of this module bank check its functionality? My flights are all public, and you tin hands spot the "holes" in the records (of course, in my excel logbook, I can manually re-enter the flight, merely information technology is cumbersome, and somehow defeats the whole purpose, I could do it faster writing from hand in the goodold black book).

I've noticed that Garmin's Fly / Pilot website and apps at present accept engine log uploads. It is quite impressive, though no analytics are provided.

It does seem to piece of work indeed.
Information technology would appear you deliberately stayed out of China. Equally I have plans to go myself, I am wondering, if you lot wanted to stay out or something kept yous from going through.

Hello. Yes, well observed. China is a very difficult country to wing into. Need visas, and diplomatic clearance (ways, through the Chinese diplomatic mission) for the airplane. I besides heard/read of iii-5000$ cost of one landing. Mongolia is easier, and non as expensive, but then, this would have been a detour. So we decided to fly the more northern road "around Mainland china", and were greeted by very prissy and laid back Russian riverside cities like Chita, Blagoveshchensk and Khabarovsk, with overnice hotels, good nutrient, and amazing nature around.

Re: G1000 Datalog Upload via this site
The free Cirrus Reports (aka Flight Data/Aerocor) is a tremendous resource for uploading and reviewing the flight data captured past the G1000 system on the SD card installed in the upper slot of the MFD. The G1000 organization captures more than information than Cirrus reports displays.
If you're a subscriber, Deject Ahoy can testify more of this information, east.g. horizontal and vertical form deviations.
Attached is a summary of the various fields captured in the CSV file and what they mean. Information sources are the Garmin Pilot Guide, Nicoletta Fala, and collaborative reviews of flight data with BoatGuy (Russ). The specifics (data fields and social club in the CSV file) are based on the DA40NG/G1000 NXI system simply are probably hands adapted to other aircraft. As a reminder, the first row in the CSV file is "airplane information"; the next two rows are the titles of the information fields.
Feedback and boosted insights are invited and appreciated.
